1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services offered by idrbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services and not register an Account.

3. Eligibility and Registration

• Create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds.

• Notify idrbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

idrbet is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance and security procedures, we require all Users to complete identity verification (KYC). You may be required to submit:

• A clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID for identity confirmation.
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably requested by idrbet.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or Account closure. We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

idrbet supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly, allowing immediate access to funds for wagering.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• idrbet does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• You must only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. Do not deposit borrowed money or funds needed for essential expenses.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on idrbet are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, which may include conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Users may request withdrawals of their Account balance (winnings and remaining deposit funds, minus any active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.
• Your Account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Any active bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements must be forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed, or the withdrawal amount will be adjusted accordingly.

5.2 Processing Time

idrbet strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Typical processing times are:

• VIP Gold and Above: 1-2 hours (express processing)

Processing times may be extended due to additional verification requirements, public holidays, or technical issues with payment providers. We aim to process 98% of withdrawals on the same day they are requested.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

idrbet covers standard withdrawal processing fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving fees or charges, which are beyond our control.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, idrbet reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests, particularly those involving large sums or unusual transaction patterns. We may request additional documentation or temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, idrbet may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, or other incentives to Users. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Eligibility criteria (e.g., new Users only, minimum deposit requirements, specific game restrictions)
• Wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal)
• Expiration dates (bonuses may expire if not used within a specified timeframe)
• Maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active
• Game contribution rates (different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements)

It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6.2 Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited. Only the remaining deposited funds (if any) will be eligible for withdrawal.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage with idrbet Services in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate the Platform
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any form of bet manipulation
• Using insider information or confidential knowledge to place bets
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity

idrbet reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if any prohibited activity is detected.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled according to the official results provided by the relevant sports league, tournament organizer, or game provider. In the event of disputes regarding results, idrbet's decision is final and binding.

7.3 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during gameplay (particularly in live casino or live betting), idrbet will make reasonable efforts to complete the bet or game round according to the last valid action taken. If completion is not possible, the bet may be voided and funds returned to your Account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they need a break from gambling can request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place any bets.

8.2 idrbet's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

idrbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward idrbet staff or other Users
• Creation of multiple Accounts
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe

In cases of Account closure due to Terms violations, any remaining funds may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be canceled.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after fulfilling wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

idrbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activities, including:

• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session or period

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• idrbet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in Service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, payment provider outages, force majeure events, or technical malfunctions.
• Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idrbet is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and idrbet.
